Forster Headspace Gage 223 Rem Field Length Rimless

The Forster Headspace Gage for 223 Rem is the essential tool for ensuring the proper length of your rifle chamber. This specialized gage allows gunsmiths to accurately test headspace, which is the critical distance between the face of the breech and the base of the cartridge when the action is closed. Excessive headspace can lead to dangerous situations and impair accuracy, making this tool vital for every serious firearms enthusiast.

Manufactured with meticulous care, the Forster Gage ensures that if a rifle closes on a GO gage, it will accept ammunition made within S.A.A.M.I. specifications. If it closes on a NO GO gage, it indicates potential excessive headspace. The FIELD gage warns that the chamber may exceed the maximum specifications, ensuring that your safety is never compromised.

With a compact design measuring 3.65 inches in length, 3.25 inches in width, and weighing just 0.05 ounces, this gage is lightweight and easy to handle. It is constructed from high-quality materials that adhere to strict manufacturing standards, ensuring reliability and durability over time.

Perfect for professional gunsmiths and hobbyists alike, the Forster Headspace Gage is an indispensable tool for maintaining the safety and performance of your rifle. Whether you’re testing chamber lengths or ensuring your ammunition meets industry standards, this gage is designed for precision and peace of mind.
