The short version
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Firearms cannot be returned once transferred, and ammunition cannot be returned at all. Ask us for a return authorization before sending anything back.

How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and what you want to return.
- We send you a return authorization number and the address to send it to.
- Pack the item in its original packaging with the authorization number on the outside.
- We inspect it on arrival and refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Anything sent back without an authorization number can be refused.
Who pays the shipping
We pay it when the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. You pay it when you simply changed your mind, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
Faulty items and the maker’s warranty
Most firearms and optics carry the manufacturer’s own warranty, and a warranty claim is usually settled faster with them directly. Tell us if you are not sure who to approach and we will point you the right way.
Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled at no cost while it has not shipped. Contact us as soon as you can — once a firearm is on its way to your dealer it has to be handled as a return.
