These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy through it. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old to use this store, 18 to buy a long gun and ammunition for it, and 21 to buy a handgun or handgun ammunition. You must be legally allowed to own what you are buying under federal law and under the law of your own state and city. You confirm all of this when you place an order.
Firearm sales
Firearms are shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee and transferred to you there, after ATF Form 4473 and a background check. We are not party to that transfer, and your dealer may refuse it. If a transfer cannot be completed, the firearm comes back to us and you are refunded the purchase price less shipping and any dealer charges.
Prices and availability
Regular and member prices are shown on every product. Our catalog is supplied by distributors and prices and stock change through the day, so a price may change between the moment you see it and the moment you order. We may cancel and refund an order that was listed at an obviously wrong price, or one for an item that turns out to be out of stock.
Membership
Membership gives you member pricing across the catalog for as long as it is active. It can be cancelled at any time, and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding past ones.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or the law.
What we are not responsible for
You are responsible for the safe and lawful ownership, storage and use of anything you buy. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
